PEP means momentum and is also a large part of the S&N "Personal Evolution Programme". In addition to specific training, we will once again offer a company-wide technological training programme. Four of the five PEP2014/2015 modules address the subject of efficiency and effectiveness. The fourth addresses a bank-specific focus of S&N AG.
With a maximum of three of five modules per employee, approx. 140 S&N employees took part in 13 training sessions, some of which offered test certificates. The participants, certified seminar leaders from our prestigious partner companies (e.g. Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and Sophist GmbH) and Ms Tina Straub (trainer for Brainland® Mind Mapping®) all positively reviewed our PEP concept. One participant stated: "Interesting and useful new methods and practices, many practical examples; questions were always well received!" We look forward to further developing our PEP concept.
